I use the .8mm plywood and magnetic backing for all my armies, they are good stuff.

I based all my IG on their 1.5mm plywood.  Nicely made stuff, and far cheaper than scrounging up plastic GW bases.

I've bought a lot of litko's stuff last year and i'm happy with it.
Plywood base, movement tray and tons of magnet. I put a magnet under every 28mm mini i've painted.
It's really enough for plastics mini, but metal mini are a bit heavy even for "heavy duty" magnet.

Those ugly hellhounds are on 25mm plywood base.

Was this a special order or do they have it somewhere on their site?

Looking good!

But, man, are there some fragile looking "thin bits" on some of those models!

Yeah but very beautiful minis. It's worth the risk of them breaking.

I can see why you are using the Litko bases now Hena.

I've never been a fan of the Tau race, but those FW minis are just too good to pass up. They are definitely going on my "armies to do" list.

got one question
when you ordered them, did you send any info on depth of the holes ?
or you just said that bases should be for epic ?

They can cut holes through the wood, the can't cut them to a certain depth. Just tell them that you need 1/4" inch holes, and use the magnetic or steel bases as bottoms.
