Aha! going to the site confirmed my suspicions on its origin!
With lots of shooty gunz and bolt on armour it would be bang on!

It is tempting ... I think I saw on the Battle Tech links that C/C sent me, 80mm tall, the size of a baseball ... It is a very nice piece and very, very tempting !  Even if just a terrain piece !  And I agree, it does look like Aries from "2001", Van !  Just another reason to buy it ! :laugh:
