Second.. on the Warhounds... are those OGRE tanks chassis for carapaces?

I think they might be. They were just a couple of tank chassis I got when I bought a huge box of odds and ends on Ebay. (One of those wonderfull deals where you are not exactly sure what you'll get so there's lots of nice little surprises! :cool:)

Hmmm... Well I was going to finish off another Khorne titan when inspiration struck again. I was originally going to save the Balrog head for something else but thought I might as well throw everything into the same miniature.

Also an early WIP of a Tzeentch Warlord inspired by Neals Imperator. I'm a bit unsure what to do with this one. In a way I think it might look cooler on a mk2 Milkfloat body. However if I do that I need to pick up another of those on fleabay to still be able to build my Imperial Mk2 warlord battlegroup.
Not sure. I think there's on on there right now so If I can pick up that one at a reasonable price I might just do it.

Those titans are great looking even in the early stages.  The Balrog head is perfect for a Khorne titan.

Amazing Titans, Warmaster. The Imperator came out fantastic. I think the Balrog head looks fine for a Khorne Titan.

Yeah I like it too. It reminds me of the Banelord pic from the Titan Legions Codex Titanicus. I always thought that was the proper way for the Banelord to look. It was also the look I was aiming for when I built Caligula. Had I known of the heads existence back then I might have used that instead of remodeling the HEll Cannon muzzle (Which was never too great anyway IMO.

Khorne titan is pretty much done except for the base. Crappy pics as always. Damn I can't wait to get my proper camera back...  :glare:

Hehe, thanks. Well to be perfectly honest I'm not completely happy with the red. It has turned out somewhat too bright compared to my other Khorne titans and is actually closer t? the shade of red on my Imperial Legio Metalica... Thing is that I didn't want to strip and repaint the titan after I re-converted it, so I simply touched up the red in most areas. For the right shade I should have given everything a new black basecoat and built up the color from there.

Hey WMN !  Just got my issue of White Dwarf !  They have the Chaos Horde minis you painted up in the new releases section ! Have not seen any Epic in W/D for ages !   Looks great, again !  As by some Arcane chance I was basing all my Chaos Horde minis last night to "flesh" out my Chaos Legions !  And I just sent some Chaos stuff to Van, Con and D/Supreme ... Looks like we Chaos is on the offensive !  :ghostface:
