Picked back up on a couple Witch Hunter conversions I had laying around for ages:

The Inquisitor. I used a normal Inquisitor from the Witch Hunters range, and then... well, I think you see what I'm attempting. Forearms are from Canoness model, left hand is that of an Eldar Guardian (wasted two or three before I got that one to fit), and the "lightning" is actually a piece from the Wood Elf Dryads. The actual work on the model went a bit forward - the corset is nearly done, in fact - but I'm unable to provide the pictures because... well, I wrote a bit about that near the bottom of this post.

Seraphim Sister Superior. I went and used a Dremel to scoop out most of the upper left leg, so that I could put the bionics there. Since I'm not a big fan of the flimsy ones that are so prevealent on GW models, I went for a somewhat bulkier appearance.

A very early WIP of a Tech-sister (so what if there are none in the Codex?). The pose looks ugly, but that's mostly because the arms didn't hold the way I intend them to be in the final model.

Sister Superior. Parts used were mainly leftovers from that Seraphim above, but I still find the overall result quite pleasing.

I was going to take and post some more up-to-date pictures on the Inquisitor (some nice GS work I managed there), but it appears my bad luck is still haunting me.
When setting up to take the pictures... I stumbled. Lost my grip on the digicam. It fell.
Hard floor + 1 meter fall = one very broken, very expensive digicam.
I won't be able to replace it for at least a few months, and at this moment having it repaired is also beyond my meager financial capabilities (I doubt the repair would be much more affordable then replacement, anyway).
Just ty-pi-cal.

On the other hand, I finally started painting stuff again. Almost done with paintjob on one Slaanesh Daemonette  :p and it looks quite a fair bit better then most of my previous models. Guess that's the result of that trick with mixing dishwashing detergent into my paints (yes, I'm serious; no I'm not insane), since it allows me to do smooth color transitions with extreme ease.
Just one last thing to do - the metallics - and I just about feel like trying out some Non-Metallic Metal techniques I read about a long while back...  :confuse:

Nice conversions 5th

I'm adding the final touches to my Battleforce entry. Hopefuly the weather will alow for some decent photos to be taken tomorrow so I can get the entry submitted.
Still no sign of the Fanatic parcel so I doubt that I'll get the Single Unit entry ready in time. I still have a Plan B although that one isn't as god as the original one...

Thank you Krooza - that IS grand! Would really be great to have a large print of it....
I noticed something really scary - there's the scaled-down sizes given for all items... including the Savage gunship. Does this mean you're planning to build one in Epic scale ?       ?

Well i've been working like a mentalist, slowed down slightly by a broken toe :). I have painted up a Hoplon APC and i've begun work on the Khazari War Droids.

With the War Droids i'll be detailing the block of yellow, and changing the base colour *yuck!*
