This guy has some enormous collections of Epic stuff -- 30 Chimeras, 30 Leman Russ, 12 Basilisks, etc.  Great opportunity for someone to really ramp up their IG armies.

If I were a conspiracy theorist, I'd say that the huge numbers of expensive minis, the fact that they're all basecoated, and the lack of any packaging points to a recaster.  But I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, until the Mothership tells me otherwise...
