Woo hoo. I have just had my usual Sunday schedule cancelled. So, I will have my first 'paint day' on Sunday. I will take photos before and after for comparrison. I have a batch of DVDs (Battlestar Galactica series, Family Guy season four and more) and a box of bare minis ready to go.

Van, I like your method of choosing what to paint next. That shuold keep you from getting bored of doing one thing over and over.
Work continues on my WIPs. I applied a couple of coats of matte finish to my recently finished 30 stands of Ultras and 5 Land speeders. That was a big chunk of my WIPs. I mounted 5 tarantulas (on pennies) and spray painted a base coat of UM blue. Also, for the 6 Death Strike Missile launchers, I wasn't happy with how the missiles themselves were coming out. So, I stripped them down to bare metal and started all over. I primed them white and applied a base coat of sky blue.
Also, I'm taking stock of things that still need gluing for the first annual "International gluing day". I don't think I have many vehicles which need assembly, but I'm pretty sure I have a ton of infantry, bikes and Rough Riders that still needs basing. Now that I have an ample supply of bases (thank you, ebay) I should be able to base everything that still needs bases.

Worked on my E:A Soopa Gunz ... you know the gun mounts on the back of the Battle Fort ! Looks cool ! Will place the Soopa Gunz mounts on extra Battle Fort tracks. And some 40K scale Ork cannons will make those Soopa Gunz ! More Ork Conversions !

The result of my first random die roll to determine what model to paint - an Eldar ship is complete (only just made it!)
Here is the Heraclea. Note the TARDIS doors in the background!
PS - any cat hair is NOT part of the model, but incidental to the shot. I'm not roling again today, as I'll be away for a week. See you later, guys.

I didn't do any painting last night, but I did spend some time storing recent acquisitions. As I was doing this I came across about 20 stands of IG which I primed many years ago. So, unfortunately, I'm not as close to finishing my WIP as I had thought.
Incedently, the IG are going to be Tech Guard. Fortunately, the Chimeras they ride in are already painted.
