Post subject:  Eldar AP Infantry
My Biel-Tan army has plenty of AT weaponry, and plenty of disrupt barrages too (Night Spinners, scratch-built Void Spinner, and Phoenix bombers).

But I want to add some general purpose AP infantry, so here are the options:

- Fire Dragons: very good against elite infantry, excelent in assaults, but short range.

- Dark Reapers: massive long range AP fire, good vs hordes, superb at assaults.

- Scouts: not a bad option, since support slots are not usually a problem with Eldar. Good at sniping elite infantry and characters, they are cheap, and have scout rules. But they are not scary in assaults, and have lower initiative.

Any thoughts??

Guardians: in Firefight with their 5+ Reinforced Armour Wave Serpents at the front to take the hits.

Sure, I already have guardians and wave serpents, but I´m looking for something specific against infantry, and with some actual firepower and shooting capacity.

I have just discarded Fire Dragons, as they are short ranged and mainly AT infantry (at least in the fluff). So just scouts and dark reapers left.

Guardians or Dire Avengers in Serpents are your choices, I'd say. Both are FF oriented, but they are excellent Infantry killers in their element. As always, I reccommend DA with Reaper Exarchs in Serpents as an excellent choice in Engage.
