Back in the day, when the moon of Epic 40K was waning, I bought a bunch of stuff in the grand sell off that GW stores were having at the time. Aside from some Eldar stuff (my main army), I apparently picked up some IG things. These are:
6 manticores
6 baneblades
9 hellhounds
3 demolishers
3 hydras
2 thunderbolts
2 marauder bombers
1 warlord titan
2 warhound titans
Having recently found them, I've been wondering if this could form an unusual (and sub-optimal) but sizeable army. Since I have no knowledge of the Steel Legion list, I thought I'd see what suggestions others can make. I must admit to chuckling at the mental image of an entirely shooty army with two pimped baneblade companies, but I'd concede that it'd probably be necessary to add some form of infantry or scouts as speed bumps
