A list I used in my last game – we're both pretty new to Epic Armageddon, but I was wondering what some more experienced players thought about my choices:

Novamarines, Taskforce Active Twelve
Terminator Command detachment: (825) - (Break Their Spirit Target)
- Four Terminator units
- Four Land Raiders
- Supreme Commander

Terminator detachment: (375)
- Four Terminator units
- Chaplain

Land Raider detachment: 400
- Four Land Raider units
Tactical detachment: 425
- Six Tactical units
- Three Rhinos
- One Hunter
- Captain

Predator Echo detachment: 300
- Three Predator Annihilators
- One Predator Destructor

Predator Epsilon detachment: 300
- Three Predator Annihilators
- One Predator Destructor

Whirlwind detachment: 375
- Four Whirlwinds – 300
- One Hunter – 75

Thunderbolt Wing: 150
- Two Thunderbolts – 150

It's low on the activation count, but it looks like you're using the list out of the book. With the NetEA changes you're looking at:

790 - Terminators - 350
4 LR upgrades - 340
SC - 100
350 - Terminators
350 - Land Raider
275 - Predators

The rest stays the same but that's some 160 points saved, enough for Scout or anoth TBolt. Scouts would be helpful with screening drops and Teleporters. If you're looking to do an armor heavy list take a look at Hena's Scions of Iron army list.

Re: the composition, I tend to stick to single-type Predator detachments, one Destructor isn't going to add much AP for you to compensate for the loss of AT. I have also found that a high activation count 11+ SM army is needed for ground pounders.
