Post subject:  Looking for an Eldar list I can like
I can never get over my desire to kill all my own men with the Eldar, so anyone have any ideas for lists which could curb this or make it work for me?

Alternatively the following is sadly 25 points over, how could it be trimmed? Its supposed to be death through disrupt and activation advantage, with Guardians jumping exposed easy to kill units.

375 Aspect formation with Autarch (What? Shining Spears? Dark Reapers? Swooping Hawks? Want them to be on the table turn 1 to use the re-roll)
150 Guardians, 3 heavy Weapons (in vampire)
150 Guardians, 3 heavy Weapons (in vampire)
250 Cobra
250 Cobra
250 Falcons/Firestorms
250 Falcons/Firestorms
250 Void Spinner

3025 :( Could make Swooping hawks the scouts but risky deployment for the BTS

Heh, roll on the 175 Aspects :)

Anyway, the idea would be deploy skimmers on map, have guardians off map. Turn one barrage the hell out of enemy, mill enemy out of activations hopefully until the vampires can come in, probably ground attacking and offloading guardians into cover. Maybe assault weak formations.
Turn 2 summon avatar and do a 3 retain - avatar, guardian, guardian, then continue firing until run out of webs and laser charges.

Cobra are for anti thunderhawk duties and such like as well as AA. Falcons the same but more AT. Arty is to deal with infantry and disrupt anything that breaks.

It just isn't a proper infantry list :)

Nope, they are the spirit host craftworld. Lot's of Wraith constructs so they won't die so easily when you throw them into the meat grinder  :laugh:

Interesting list.  Personally.  Exhange the Cobras for Storm serpents and travel your aspect through one of these effectively giving you a assault range of 125cm.  if you want AA change nightspinners into firestorms or at least 1 squad and ditch rangers and put in another falcon squad.  This would give far more AA protection than Cobras.

Food for thought.
