If you head on over to Fenris Games, you will see they are preparing to unleash a brand new website and to celebrate they are having an "End of Old Website" Sale. Everything they sell on the website can be had for 20% off. This sale does not include any custom work, only for items available for sale on their website.
So if you need some more bases for epic, or fancy getting your hands on some other bits for larger scale games, now is the time to do it.

I was looking for hex bases to finish of my LatD. But I couldnt find any of those double designs with holes in them. Have they gone or am I just crap at plywood related detective work?

If they haven't responded via email, try through their FB page.
Though if you go onto their website, you will see on the front page an apology for the delays. Reason being is the guy who does all the casting and running about has managed to break his hand (at Salute), so being down their main man, in convention season, while moving workshops and generating a massive influx of sales due to the 20% discount is slightly overwhelming for Ian. I am sure they haven't forgotten about you, just a bit swamped.

Yeah, I made an order a couple of weeks back as well. I got in touch and got a fairly frantic email back apologising and explaining that he's rushed off his feet. That wasn't a problem at all but it wasn't exactly professional!!

I'm sure they're a great company and they're brilliant on the phone but every time I deal with them there are either delays, or they don't get back to you, Last time I wanted some custom bases I ended up going elsewhere because I'd have had to wait something silly like a month before they could do it.

You'd have thought they're doing well enough to employ some lackeys right?

Yeah, that would do it!! I guess I've just been unlucky, as I say they sound like a thoroughly decent couple of blokes/bloke.
