That be some cheap FW buildings. Tempting, even if they are almost certainly counterfeit.

I saw that last night. I also saw that the seller didn't have a great rating though; anything less than 99.5 puts me off...

It's only one negative though - he just doesn't have a huge number of sales yet. Which could be a different issue of course.

True. I'm going to try and pickup some Conquerors, treat it as a dry run against future purchases.

If I'm going to get stung I'd rather if wasn't on one of the more expensive pieces...

in May there have been two series of auctions with similar items, both accounts from poland. I think was already discussed if those are recast in another thread.
I bought one blister GK Land Raiders in May, the resin was a bit translucent unlike the FW models I ordered directly from FW. But the quality is good.

Yeah. I have seen several lots go up over the last year or so, it always pops up on here about being recasts.

I have no problem if they are recast and of good quality, but I won't buy anymore since the prices go up like if they are originals.

^ what he said ^

The 2nd hand market really needs to cool down again. Hopefully soon.

I think people are panicking over the whole oop issue being so recent. It'l cool down, or not. There's still a maximum that I'm willing to pay for any given miniature. Now if I could only get my hands on a couple of blisters worth of Ragnaroks I'd be all set with the must buys.

That's pretty much the one tank that you can buy from other manufacturers already. GW took a Soviet KV2 tank and called it good.

10mm is what you should be looking for, not 6mm (epic's pretty much 10mm anyways). Anyways I'm starting to do this:

back on topic:
Plenty of recasters showing up in Eastern Europe. It appears that they create an ebay account and spam the lots until they get the account closed (most likely someone notifies GW and then they ask for a take down to ebay). Rinse - repeat. I've no great concern over OOP models like that but yeah, no way I'm paying stupid prices for them. They'll come around again, after all.
