Look at what this username has for sale on ebay and his pricing (warmonger pieces) for a small amount of white metal: markfieldminatures

What an absolute muppet.

Was just this second gonna post about that guy, just spotted his £75 Warmonger landing pad, £50 Head, £50 Radar dish, £50 Flak guns, £75 Vengeance canon thats £300 for an uncomplete Warmonger. I'm guessing this was the guy that won that pile of bitz the other day. Thats one more reason not to put my Warmonger anywhere near ebay!

Muppet

Yep, this individual has a whole thread to himself
viewtopic.php?f=93&t=19202

So far, he's know to operate the following accounts:

2004spen
kaibakids
markfieldminatures
huntiktradingcards
darksanctuary

And a buyer account I've just discovered:
checkoutchick2011

At those kind of prices its hard to see anyone buying them, but there's one born every minute. It only takes one clueless buyer every six months. Suffice to say those pieces are lost to the community. He seems to bid on Titan Legion boxes, Imperator Titans, generally rare pieces and knights (oh and power rangers toys for some reason) and relists them at a huge markup. Most of his stuff sits there for months.

Whenever I flog on ebay, I've taken to block certain individuals including all the above accounts. I'd prefer my models going to genuine collectors if I can help it! And judging the amount of accounts he has, I'm not the only one. Surely having this many accounts is against an ebay rule somewhere in trying to get around blocks?

Further Edit - a new ID of his spotted: darksanctuarys-mew

Oh look, we even have muppets in Australia!

This one really needs to get a reality check: http://shop.ebay.com.au/styx1.1/m.html? ... 4340.l2562

If the link does not work, his/her name is styx1.1

I can't afford to exclude the potential money but it's sad to see checkoutchick2011 bidding on some of my rare auctions :(

A pity for the community, but a boon to you. I would not fret about it too much

North American ebay muppet: blackwater_hollow, who's ebay store is blackwater's miniatures. For the longest time he was just profiteering off the dim, by selling currently available products for more than retail. (had a forgeworld epic reaver up a week ago for I think $120 US)
However, he has (I'm sure after noticing 'markfields' usury) now adopted the practice of bidding on auctions then re-selling at tremendous markup.
I also find it quite crummy (and it makes me wonder what forum 'blackwater' participates in) that they have used the 'sg' search feature on the forgeworld site and then bought up the remaining stock of conqueror russ's!
What a muppet!

Unless ive been robbed, the last FW Russ packs sold via the SG-EPC searches (dunno about any other method) are not on eBay.

what is the 'sg' search feature?

Use the search engine on FW with the keyword "SG-EPC" this pulls up all Epic models in the system, regardless of whether they are reachable from the main page.
