I've got a bunch of the black hex bases if you're interested in those, see here:

Paper clips, wire cutters, and a pin vise... especially for skimmers.

I buy a tub of clear pushpins from an office supply house. Pull the "pins" out and there you have it. Cheep fly bases for Epic. ;D

Idea noted, and dutifully stolen. Just the right size, I think, for Eldar (or Kraytonian) Armor.

Try it, I believe you will find that they work great. I used them for a large GZG Dirtside Grav Army and for my Eldar as well. :)

I might just have to try this myself for my epic eldar to get them raised up on the 25mm round masonite bases I plan on using for my eldar. That reminds me. I should order another quart of them from gf9 now.

I stoped recently to look after flying bases, as they are as u arlready said to expensive. But a good and very cheep alternative especially for EPIC eldar Gravtnks are washers. I usually take one of those, make s small amount of cheep green stuff (i can get 500g for under 5€) in the middel, then flat it and put small wire in the middel, then left to dry, after dryings simply cover it with small stones and paint it. I ve done that for over 80 Grav tanks in no time! Like on the foto ....

Yup. They are some of Mark_Logue's beautifully painted/based Ulthwe (painted by commision).
Lovely bases.

I find that Staples brand push-pins are a little bit difficult to work with: surprisingly difficult to remove the pin... and I've been dulling my snippers trying to cut them.

Try the .99 cent store. Super cheap brands are an advantage in this case. ;)
