@ afrodri:
I like the idea of being able to do civilian spaceships and have them look suitably different from each other.

@ furgie:
I have always enjoyed Silent Death for spacefighter combat. To me it works well if you don't go overboard on the size of ships. Small SPAC's and TPAC's make perfect sense to me but the larger Warhounds seem to slow the game down. I am only just back at work after some time off sick but I have promoised myself to get a copy of the latest Silent Death sourcebook, Operation Dry Dock II, as soon as I can afford it.

Cheers

James

some nice ideas for the modular ships.

Some other interesting stuff on the site, but it is pretty hard to guage the intended scale on a lot of it.

Thanks. Most of the vehicles are aimed at 6mm, the spaceships are well... 'spaceship' scale...

The exact size for each vehicle is generally in the text description. The size for the whole packet is also displayed in the information next to the model (the red box displayed below), along with more pictures or renders. For example, the packet below contains two 'Gothic Destroyer' models, which are 3.4x11.8x2.1 cm together. Each one is 5.9 cm Long 3.4 wide 2.0 tall. There are also some photographs of the model next to a Brigade Models' New Jersey Class ship for scale.

Many of the models are also photographed with a measuring tape or with common US or European currency to help judge scale.
