With it being pickup only, I am sure he will have relatively few bidders.  Unless the guy's totally out to rip people off, it's probably going to be a bargain.

My thoughts exactly. Also, it seems to me the seller isn't interested in maximizing his profit. Otherwise he would've taken the time to list all of the contents and/or split things up to list separately.
