Only a day or so left on this lot, but I thought it might be of interest to those of you looking to acquire a LOT of models. This fellow seems to be unloading his entire collection....If I had the money, I would bid, but that is a lot of change, even if the price is fair.

Quite a large collection. Good luck with the auction!

I fixed it just after you posted, duz.holger.

Sadly, the lot isn't mine - if it were, I wouldn't be selling it! - but I thought it might be of interest to people on these boards.

d'you reckon you could make back more than -say- $700 if you sold all that stuff as seperate lots? It's tempting to give it a go as a money spinner; hell of a risk though!

I do it already so I know that it is worth the time.

Buy it up..take your pick of some bits and pieces you want...get your money and then some back.

It was more attractive when it was around $450 for a turn around profit, but people are silly and bid on items WELL before they end. Driving the cost up. (which is good for the seller etc..I'm just saying heh)

I bit the bullet and tossed up a bid witha max of $720 and in the last 5 seconds someone bid 730 up from like 680...lucky guess on their part.

*le pout*

No guess on their part at all. They just put a max higher then $720. So if they put $800 it would stop at $730.

Well my bid went through....and ya I suppose they must have tossed up something above 720 within those last few seconds.
Kind of a bummer, but kind of not. At least I still have that 720 in my pocket heh.
