I've been poking around 'Nid auctions a bit, and while prices tend to be erm...healthy, this blew me away. Is it really that hard to come by 'Stealers or are these bidders on a mission?

Pretty insane. Although this is the issue with e-bay: $25 begins to sound pretty good in comparison with the prospect of trolling through the postings day after day to find your 'nids. I've been noticing that ebay pricings are generally awfully close to retail. |

That's mad. The figure isn't even particularly good. I'd get the DRM figures instead.  Eg. this maybe this one (courtesy of L4 in another thread):

All it takes is two parents who haven't learned the difference between wh40k and e40k. $1/genestealer is pretty fair(ish) price for the 30mm figs. |

Yeah, I was watching those too. The only thing I can think of is that a number of people on Bartertown and Warseer have been asking for Epic Genestealers because of a recent Travel Spacehulk article floating around that used Epic Genestealers and Terminators. I guess someone _really_ wanted to make Travel Spacehulk. |

WOW! They finished up at $1.30/mini.  I've just been looking to give my 28mm Genestealer Cult some 6mm counterparts, but there are limits to my fanatical dedication to the Cult! Those DRM figs look perfect Marconz; thanks for bringing those up.
