[sarcasm]The asking price is clearly justified since plastic Mk I Rhinos are so rare.[/sarcasm]

OK this HAS to take the cake. Our favorite muppet Blackwater Hollow is selling, now get this, Forgeworld Catalogs. You know, those free advertising booklets they stuff in your order, say...like EVERY TIME you buy something from them?

Not one, not two, not even three but four different ones. And the kicker is that one of them is THE CURRENT ONE!!

Anyone got a few spare grand? :o

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MASSIVE-Epic-40k-Titan-Legions-Collection-Its-ENORMOUS-Nearly-400-models-/141065236543?pt=Games_US&hash=item20d824b03f

I suspect it is worth it for the amount of models, but I doubt many people have that sort of money lying around to drop on miniatures.

Agreed. It comes out to about $16 per blister if memory serves, which now that they're OOP isn't crazy, but dropping that cash all at once just isn't going to happen for most people. They've already re-listed at least once.

Hi!

I saw this one a few days ago. If this would had been up 5 years ago I may have sprung for it.

I don't think its worth it now though.

As far as I'm concern epic stuff is probably at its peak value right now. After a couple of years more, unless GW some how revives epic, it won't be worth much.

In a weird way when GW still sold epic stuff (even the little it did) and didn't support the game, I think it still created a market where epic minis had value.

Now with its official demise there was a "panic buy" frenzy, but it will continue to taper off until only the hard core will spend anywhere near that for these blisters.

I think this seller is being lazy. If he sold it in lots, he'd sell them quicker.

Hi!

This.

I would do that as well for this price.

Also, he states in his listing (having sold these before). What guarantee I have they are even originals?

face it given the advances in casting techniques its real easy to make a grade A knockoff.

He won't be able to sell it not even for a fraction of than. There is another one being sold (completely assembled) that has been listed for the same amount and it hasn't moved after repeated attempts.

Prices are returning to baseline. These sellers are kidding themselves.
