I was the high bid that got beaten. No worries. I suspected a last minute sniping bid, it finally went for around 150 US. I consider that price reasonable for this piece. Anything higher is wasted money.

I hope it found a good home and will see some tabletop action soon.

I hate snipers myself and no I wasn't bidding on this myself. I really do hate the current "privacy" scheme they have for bidders. You have no clue on whether you are outbidding a friend of yours or not. I've done that before on some WFB stuff.

I actually ended up being the high bidder after all -- hope there's no hard feelings Primarch.

I do feel stupid for bringing the auction back to everybody's attention, and then bidding at the last minute, although I really hadn't planned on bidding. I hope no one else was seriously trying to get this model.

I didn't think I could persuade my wife into letting me bid, and it turns out that A) she wants to try the AMTL list and wants "a really big titan", and B) she was so happy I was able to recover 90% of the files off of her crashed laptop hard drive that she gave me the go-ahead, so how could I argue with that?

I'll be putting some old CCG stuff on eBay to offset some of the cost, that's for sure
