They are all quiet now - but my understanding is that there may be a little tinsy-winsy bit of a small, insignificant thing to play for......

you would need to ask/convince Steve54 if it was possible to change the date.

Tim - indeed, it does look like the Mercure is booked out both the weekend before and after the normal dates of the 24th/25th for some reason.

Yeah, that wasn't great... It's surprising there always seems to be a big party there everytime we go there i must say.

Lack of accommodation does start raising venue issues though given it's a 2 dayer, are there any backup venues on the cards? I'm assuming places like Firestorm Games in Cardiff are a bit too out of the way for most people to get to? And Wayland games would be bloody cold at that time of year given they're in a warehouse.
