So another setback. Even though we had set up our gaming hub we decided to keep the event where it was booked (as it had been changed before). SO now the venue is having to move (again) ue to a double booking. We are going to move to our gaming hub (same village, just a mile away from venue) but its pretty embarrassing to say the least that we have had to change the venue twice now. FOr those who have booked the hotel, the setback doesnt effect you in any way.
