below are the results of the Mechanicon tournament, thanks to all who came out, it was a great time with great armies.

My tales of Woe and Heroics:

Woes Game three against Jonathons tyranids.
End of Turn 2 aspect warriors (SS and DA with Ex and Aut) transport in on a Vampire Raider, land and assault a big tyranid formations of Armoured vehicles (i forgot the units names). We dispatch them in quick order. AW consolidate closer to the BTS (a Hive tyrant). Start of turn 3 Eldar win initiative, first order of business to launch some falcons to put blast markers and take out some Hive tyrant support and wound the hive tyrant to clear the path for the AW to assault when they retain. I roll for the falcon formation, a 1, but luckily i have my Autarch on board for the re-roll after summarily dispatching one unit they were ready to get into taking out the Hive tyrant, but what do you know the re-roll was also a one. So the falcons crew looked around and blamed each other for lack of communication. needless to say the Hive tyrant saw the Eldar errors and summarily blasted the Aspect Warrior unit away.

Heroics game two vs Matts Tau.
End of turn one AW in a Vampire Raider assault a Orca dropship and some Crisis Suits. They dispatch that in relative ease and consolidate into some woods close by. Next turn they assault a unit of hammerheads and feeling good win easily. They then consolidate into a building near some battlesuits. Turn 3 they assault the Battlesuits and make quick work of them. Basically taking out close to 900pts, love my aspect Warriros (SS and DA and Ex and Aut). I love it when a plan comes together.

I think Hive Tyrant should be Dominatrix haha. And I got lucky on those snake eyes.
