WOW!! The terrain looks great and so does the armies! terrainwise you guys are on another level. Us Swedes will have to step up our game if we're gonna be anywhere near having so great looking tables to play on for the EEC 2016! Hope everyone had a great time and that the Gargant player did a battle report or two for me!! :-) |

There is only chunder! Looks like it was a great time. Those are some great looking armies. I'm curious about what the other awards mean, like the "pew pew" and "encouragement" awards... |

Pew pew goes to the player making the best sound effects during the day. It's usually a contest the Ork players win (dakka, dakka, dakka). The Encouragement Award is the player that finished last. I always like to give them first pick of the prizes. Of course, there was the threat of a player tanking all their games to get the first pick of prizes but I've managed to steer them all clear of that so far! |

18 more photos from 'There is Only War' A Warhound fires it's plasma blast guns  The Tau call in their Protector battlecruiser to annihilate this Shadowsword from orbit.  Eldar tanks on patrol  The Death Korps of Krieg seek cover after losing 5 out of 6 of their Gorgon transports.  Hammerheads open fire on marine landraiders  The Might of Mother Minerva.  Olly's ultramarines, an inevitable winner of best themed army prize.    A Phantom titan firing half of its weapons. (Not on purpose, unfortunately Gregg didn't realise it had more available until right after the tournament )  Jason's Ork Gargants.  Biel tan Eldar   My Vior'Tau strike force  Not Enough Orks!!  Neither friend nor Foe return from Staligrad.   EPIC!! |

Very awesome guys! Olly, your marines look great on the the table! I'm curious about some of the awards though... do you have any explanation for them? Especially the Pew Pew, Empy's Blessing, and Chaos Curse.
