Leicester's premier Epic:Armageddon tournament is back for another year! with a new, bigger, shinier venue and prize support from none other than Onslaught Miniatures, this promises to be even more brutal and fun than last year! Tickets will be £15 including lunch (as with last year it will most likely be subway platters, if attending please contact me if you require vegetarian options or wish to special order something) please PM/Email me for payment details, kyussinchains 'at' yahoo 'dot' com The venue has changed this year, moving to the far more spacious venue of the Leicester Phat Catz club, the address is: Ukranian Church, Livingstone Street, Leicester, LE3 0QY There is onstreet parking around the venue, however this can be limited on saturdays so I suggest early arrival! If anyone wants to bring some extra terrain along, it's always more than welcome The event will be a standard 3x3K games using the lists, rules and scoring system found on the EpicUK website (http://www.epic-uk.co.uk) Schedule for the day: 9:00 - arrival + registration 9:45 - 12:30 - Game 1 12:30 - 13:30 - Lunch 13:30 - 15:15 - Game 2 15:30 - 18:15 - Game 3 18:15 - 18:30 - Results and Prizes As usual there will be prizes for 1st-3rd place, Best painted (players and judges) most sporting, and a consolation prize for the player finishing last List of Entrants 1. there's a direct hi-speed train to leicester from london AFAIK, then it's a short (10 mins) taxi-ride from the station, shouldn't be more than a couple of quid each with 3-4 sharing |
