Hi all,

First i would like to thank all those that made the long trek to PA for the Epic Tournament. I know some of you faced a bridgegate situation that caused considerable delay getting to the convention. Hopefully the governor at large was not behind this.

Below are the results:

Matt L Blood Angels AC 3000 3 50
Jonathon Steel Legion AC 3000 1 35


As you can see Dave won handily winning all three games and claiming 7 objectives. The knights are tough and possibly unbalanced but can be sure until i play many more games against them. Karl came in second with his steel legion which was a similiar build to Jonathon. Matt had a nicely painted blood angels army which was fast and cleverly played.

On Friday we all played games of Epic and on Sunday Karl and I played Field of Glory Ancients, Carthaganians vs. Western Wei.

I hope to see more and new players next year, lets make this an annual event with even greater prizes and greater armies. Look for pictures this weekend once i figure how to get my photos off my iphone 5.s

I was the guy that joined in for a demo game on Friday. Don't know of any players around me, but I'm already looking to get my hands on some marines to paint up as my boys in blue. If nothing else, I'll have my own Ultramarines to bring to next year's Mechanicon for Friday night gaming.
