The idea being to make it less likely for WWL to beat WWD at a tournament, also the VPs threshold has been increased and the turn 5 column removed (as players can't actually play for a turn 5)
Finally we will be introducing a new competition next year aimed at players who might not be able to make the number of tournaments necessary to have a shot at the Championship shield -
The Epic UK Plate
- Championship runs as normal
- all players are eligible except if they have been placed in the top 5 of the Championship final standings in the last years (RichardL, Dptdexys, MikeT, Steve54, Tiny-Tim)
- a player loses eligibility if they win more than 2 tournaments in the active year
- at each event the top 5 eligible players will receive 5-4-3-2-1 points according to their finishing position
- each eligible players top 4 scores plus their score at the Epic UK GT are counted to determine the Champion.
