I sent my list - so should be fine as long as a unit of Saim Hann Wildriders is allowed a Farseer AND Chieftan (they way I read the rules suggests they can, but the army builder says no).

Unless there is a mistake they can, that's certainly how I modified the army forge list after the update.... it also appears there is no longer a max of 6 vypers either....

The army builder is still for the old lists and hasn't been updated yet.
I'd check with the actual E-UK list for points changes but I'm sure the ability to add both was one of the changes.
