Out of interest, does anyone ever play NetEpic at these events? Or do E:A players say "Get thee behind me, Satan" to anyone espousing such "heresy"?

As these are in general Epic Armageddon tournaments the answer is no. At gaming days you could play NetEpic, but no one has ever asked too. Personally I'd not be looking to play NetEpic, EA is a better game for me. |

I have to disagree. NetEpic is the original and best in my opinion, but I know I am in the minority! *waits for Jimmy Zimm's heresy stamp* Still, thanks for clearing that up for me Mephiston, much appreciated. |

Enri, tell the wife you have to work that weekend of your daughter's birthday. Then, plan your daughter's party a week early, make sure you really emphasize her birthday each day that week. When the weekend of the tourney comes up, work has at the last minute 'cancelled' and you have a free day.  (This is not evil) |

She'll only be two.. however much I'd like to believe she wouldn't mind me skipping out on birthday cake, I have to say the wife would be a completely different matter! I'll see if I can wiggle out for an hour or two to come down and see the proceedings though
