Dear All, it's that time of year again!

As many know the Winter Warmer is a yearly event where players can use any list be it official NetEA, EpicUK, experimental or whatever & come together for a laid back tournament style event with other Epic fans. Any reasonably established list goes .

I try keeping the cost down as much as possible but can't currently confirm anything, 10 quid is my target but...: as many people might be aware Cut & Thrust in Bristol has gone under so can't guarantee!

Instead I am suggesting Triple Helix Wargames in Westbury, closer to London & not as hard for people to find or park at! Epic UK have & continue to hold succesful events there too .

Winter Warmer will continue to have all the high quality scenery that you're used to that we've collected & made over the years as well as the informal new people friendly (just like other a.n.other tournament organising body we know & love!) that we've become known for although this year onwards I'm dropping the sunday Big Battle: it has rarely paid off in terms of input versus output so to speak, so just a 1 day event from here.

Most likely January 19th. Who's potentially interested please?

For exclusive use: (15 tables or more requires exclusive)
1 Day £125
2 Day £250
Otherwise we charge a flat £5 per table per day.
Other services:
£1.50 a head per day for unlimited tea and coffee all day.
£3.50 a head per day for Lunch.
£5 Advertisement on the front page of our website from the day you book with us. Image size of 470 x 430. We can create the image or you can supply.
Processing of tickets via our website at 5% commission on ticket price. We will handle all Paypal and Credit Card transaction fees from this commission amount.
Bulk booking, book two or more events and receive a 20% discount on your hall booking fee. Requires a none refundable 20% deposit on booking.

Me charging £10 a head and even 20 players would get us:

-Hall hire
-unlimited tea and coffee
-tasty lunch
-money for prizes
-spare pennies to allow the WW team to renovate some of our 3-4 year old terrain.

£10 a ticket sound reasonable enough?
