Hi all,

This may be dangerous but i'M somewhat banking on it being late notice to stem the tides :D :

The daytime (10am-6pm) portion of Christmas Eve is traditionally a day of PERSONAL (important - as opposed to commissions etc) hobby time for me. Normally I go elsewhere to paint with friends, but This year I'm throwing open the doors of my house to local hobbyists to join me.

There's a few guys from the Monday Night Guildford games club coming over and since its christmas, I thought I'd invite the local epic community as well.

I've met a fair few of you over the (many) years of my involvement here, but whether I have or not - if you're local to the Guildford area and would like to join us for some painting, gaming and oggling over each other's miniatures, be it for half an hour or the day of merriment, please make yourself known via PM!

Whats on offer:
Dont get to excited, I'm not setting up an impromptu tournament - my house has been called a hobby museum and a Hobby palace among other things, but there's not acres of space!

I have a workshop with a fair amount of painting space, as well as a permanent 4'x4' board for skirmish gaming.

The Conservatory will be kitted with a 6x4 gaming board for whatever people wish to play on the day!

There's space in the lounge for further painting or skirmish /board gaming.

Rug is usually found simply staring into the cabinets or rummaging through my miniatures stores, so there may even be entertainment there!!

Its a waste for me to enjoy it alone, and its christmas so all 6mm enthusiasts are welcome, but knowing Rug or myself would be beneficial for my partner's piece of mind :-[ as far as I'm concerned drop me a PM and bring some painted epic and we've been friends for llife ;)

Happy Holidays one and all!

If I was a little closer, and not with family for Christmas, I would be over there looking for a kettle in a shot! Have a good day mate.

Well I'll certainly be hosting more hobby days in the future - perhaps I should return to my roots and do an epic-specific one at a quieter time of year - Looks to be heading to a space Hulk, Infinity and Firestorm Invasion event this time around :)
