Yes the 3rd german tournament is there starting the weekend March 11-13.

Currently we are 14 people (new record!) but foreign visitors would also be welcome! :)

Well basically it says that the turney will kost 12€ if you pay in advance else 15€.-

You can arrive at Friday. Games are Saturday and Sunday.
Allowed are all NetEA Approved lists. Im Developement lists only with permission of mshrak (the organisier of the turney).
You can join via the T³ side (2nd link). But there you have to create an account first.

A hotel or so isn't needed as you can sleep at the MGH. There will be breakfast and coffee (not free but not expensive either).
