(First Post - Hi All!)

Thought my first post should be a brief after-action report from the Copenhagen Giant Fanatic tournament - held for the 13th time this year, and for the first time with an Epic:Armageddon event.

There's not too much blow-by-blow tactical analysis, but there is a lot of pictures of nicely painted armies fighting over nicely painted terrain :)

Always interesting to see how others play epic! Was initially shocked when I saw no terrain in the deployment zones! Then the realisation that for game one, facing an eldar army with no barrage weapons I would have been tempted to road march the entire ork horde along that road running from one side of the board to the other!

Yeah - I think that's a lesson learned for us too; The deployment zones need terrain love too.

There was actually a (single) Eldar barrage weapon - the Titan D-Cannon :)

As to Orky tactics, I would not presume to comment. We're all very new at this.
