Open War lists

I've gone for Guard in the hope only playing 3 games will minimise the chance of rolling crap for commissars as it sucks not being able to shift blastmarkers, subsequently fail to activate and also defend yourself in assaults.

Not gone for warhounds both because its either get 2 or have the somewhat awkward to fill 25 point gap and because it sucks paying the same for them as marines even though they get to go first.

I've arbitrarily decided on a kind of Orky armoured column thing...

450 Normal Warband (Warboss, 2 Gunforts)
365 Normal Warband (Battlefort, Powerfield Mekboy)
200 Normal Blitz Brigade (1 Flak, 1 Zzzap)
200 Normal Blitz Brigade (1 Flak, 1 Zzzap)

600 (BTS) Big Blitz Brigade (2 Gunforts with Zzaps)

The breakdown of entered lists are:-
3 Biel Tan, 1 Black Legion, 1 Black Templars, 2 Blood Angels, 5 Codex Marines, 1 Emperors Children, 1 Ghazgkhull warhorde, 1 Lost and the Damned, 2 Steel Legion, 1 Vanaheim, 1 White Scars and 1 World eaters.

Or 3 Eldar, 3 CSM, 9 Marine, 1 Ork, 1 Chaos Cult and 3 Guard. So even in 6mm many players just can resist the space marine addiction!

True - here is hoping far a)enough major races to play a different one every tourny (that would be 11? - Marines, Guard, Orks, Eldar, Tau, Necrons, CSM, L&D - need three more races! Dark Eldar? Demons? Anything else? :) ) and b) that I actually get to go (with a potential relocation to Cambodia, I'm not that hopeful :( ) for once!

How many Eldar players taking those void spinners and the like before any changes come in? :)

Matt, I also make you big formation 500 so you're 75 over (if the army forge is correct).

[EDIT] - Found it, Army Forge has big mutants at 35 and not 20 as per the pdf.

They are at +20 (for an upgrade) if you put the cursor over the cultists name in the list section, +35 if they are bought as an extra stand from the coven upgrades (non upgrade).
