As I couldn't make the WPS CC this year, but had reserved the weekend on the calendar I was keen to get some epic gaming in! So I coerced Steve54 of this parish to reserve 4 tables for Epic gaming on Saturday 16th May at Warhammer World. So far 4 players have expressed an interest. So if you fancy some games of epic or wish to try out some lists (as long as your models will meet the minimum GW required standard) reply here. |

Is this being run in a Tournament style or are we trying new lists etc. If were playing it as a tourney style I'll play with this list :- Steel Legion Companies Choices 1) Regimental HQ + Hydra 550 2) Mechanized Co + Hydra 450 3) Mechanized Co + Hydra 450 Support Formation Choices 4) Sentinels 100 5) Sentinels 100 6) Shadowsword 200 7) Shadowsword 200 ![]() 9) Baneblade 200 Navy and Titan Support Choices 10) Warhound 250 11) Thunderbolt Sq. 150 12) Thunderbolt Sq. 150 Total 3000 If were testing other lists I'll use a previous tournament list of mine. Looking forward to this, hopefully we'll get 8 players or more even though it's at the same time as the Club Challenge. |

Well I'd like to try some experimental lists out, and I may have a newbie to epic to run an intro game for. I suggest we play it by ear. If people can bring more than one army that would be great. |

Is it relatively easy for guys to get down to Nottingham? I find it difficult to get to tournaments because of work (I work on offshore drilling rigs on a changing rotation, so it's difficult to book things too much in advance) but would love to get some games in with the community at large. It just so happens i'm in Nottingham mid August for a family wedding and could easily take some time out to play epic. |
