I can now confirm that the London tournament will be going ahead. This will be two, ONE DAY events on 27th / 28th June. I will list the entrants as before (see below). Please contact me for details and payment.

Venue
The Cock Tavern, Phoenix Rd, NW1 1HB.
    The same pub as last time, though the upstairs room has now been redecorated. This is 3 mins walk NE of Euston mainline station, and around 10 mins walk from the nearby UCL halls of residence. Space in the pub is limited, so I can only cater for 20 people maximum on a first-come-first-served basis. The good news is that the price is only £20 a head, and being a pub, time is much less of an issue.

Timetable
Provisionally as follows to allow for travelling etc:-
    Saturday 27th June
    3x game tournament
    09:00-10:00 arrive, register then 3x games 2.5-3.0 hours each
    finish between 18:00-19:00

    Sunday 28th June
    "Scenario gaming" day
    10:00 arrive; 2-3x games 2.5-3.0 hours each
    finish 17:00-18:30

    Scenarios will be:-
      Ambush,
      Cleanse,
      Meeting Engagement,
      Spearhead,
      and possibly Last Stand (depending on numbers)

    On Sunday after the event officially closes, people are welcome to stay on to play further game(s) as the room is available until pub closing time.

Announcements
    Army lists submissions
      Saturday Army lists will be taken from the Official Epic races and the new Epic-UK lists. Each player must submit a 3000 point Army list to me by Sunday 21st June. The tournament rules can be found on the Epic-UK site, and is the same format for those familiar with the other UK events, using the 2008 amendments and errata.

    Terrain needed
      Please bring your own terrain with you if you can bring enough terrain to completely dress a single table (ie 12 reasonable sized pieces of terrain). Please let me know if you intend to do this

    Saturday night
      Those who stayed last year may remember the excellent Chinese take-away we had. I also propose to put on a WWI aerial participation game if there is sufficient interest (6 people as a basic minimum) – or we can do something else.

    As long as I can crash at Rugs i should be fine to come to this after all i seem to put him up in notts whenever there is a tourney up here. OW XI for instance!
