Right, Dragon Slayers GT marks the end of the EpicA season and your last chance to claim Fantasy EpicA glory!

So 14 players entered so far. 4 players still able to lift the 1st championship title. All to play for.

Only if someone steals all Dave's armies on the day of the the tournament  :) .

Heres my guess

1. Joe Jephson (Have to pick myself for first otherwise it could be rigged)
2. Nathan Hoole (Just behind me - On painting obviously :) )
3. Matt Arnold (Might actually be good at epic - personally think its all down to luck)
4. Dave Thomas (He's already epic champ just by turning up with a new army - wont win this time though)

Well so far Dave's used :-

Full Scale Assault 2008  Lost and the Damned
Open War 9          Lost and the Damned
Call to Arms 2008  Space Marines
Open War 10          Imperial Guard

so only 7 options left for him! Matt O can tie with a new race and a win.

I sense some FIA style changes to the UKEPICA Championship may be suggested in November before next season.

Hmmmmm dave and his dodgy dice i think. Surely its cheating to use loaded dice!  :p

(only joking dave is a great player and would never stoop so low!)

Here's my selection,

1) David Thomas   (don't want anyone thinking I won't be trying)
2) Nathan Hoole   (has something to prove with only just finding out about the championship and he has to have bragging rights over Matt O.)
3) Joe Jephson    ("not this time", hey I may have to bring the special red dice out of retirement just to make sure :tongue: )
4) Matt Otter     (that's if he actually gets to play,come on guys everybody turn up  :vD )
5) Matt Arnold    (Can't keep getting bad dice)
6) Steve Gullick  (maybe I should put Steve at the top as I need a lift from him)

All my Ork stuff is in the attic and only undercoated so that takes 3 armies out of the equation.
My Seigemasters need too many proxies to be viable.
I could only use Eldar if I borrowed them off Bill.
That leaves Black Legion and White Scars.
With the furor over the Black Legion's power at the moment I think I'd better stick with the White Scars list (although they may actually be called Grey Scars on the day  :;): )

It's quite humbling to see my name so high on your expectations......and at the same time puts the pressure on !!!!!!!!

But yes, i've something to prove and i'm going to kick all your asses soooooooo hard :vD

But is the pressure off cos i can't win it? Should i see the season out with my BL for that illusive first place? Or should i revert back to SM i so long ago had success with? Or a cheeky Eldar to second guess you? Hmmmmmm i really have no idea!

Anyway, enough waffle

1 Me (I'm so going to win, but then i think i'm going to try really hard, think too much, put pressure on myself, not play naturally and lose it.......but still manage to win...so soz Dave, you'll be second really  :p )
3 Tim Hunt (now he's finally achieved that under dog status and the pressure is off, he'll sucker punch us and jump up)
