Ok well the Rules Pack is done fingers crossed and will be online on Monday August the 1st and can be found on our web site http://www.1stcompanyveterans.net but here is a little info for you.

WH40K - will be staying the same as last time round, 1750pts no holds bar as long as its legal.
WHFB - 1999pts no special / named characters or champions
Epic - 3000pts as last time
Blood Bowl - as last time

We are also hosting the YBBL Final this year which has eaten away at some of the tables, therefore we will only have 12 general BB places available (3 tables). We need at least 6 players to run it any less and we may have to cancel that system for this event.

Ticket price remains the same £15 this includes, Coffee & doughnuts in the am, rost dinner and hot pub at lunch, 3 games, trophies & awards, random raffle with lots of prizes and also a nice donation to Macmillan Cancer Trust on behalf of the winning team.

Teams must have a min of 5 players but there is no max

As it’s on Halloween fancy dress is encouraged and we will have a best outfit prize.

Tickets can be purchased on our site as of the 10th August via paypal as last time.

If you are thinking of going to this one I'd suggest getting your ticket early. With 40K already sold out the longer you wait the more likely that tables will be stolen from Epic to 40K to supply demand.

Of course don't get an Open War ticket until you've bought your Into the Breach ticket first!

Glyn, Reedar and Myself will be discussing travel options for this and hopefully all coming; we'll see if we can drag EdgarSan with us too!

Great    - hopefully we'll get a sell out for Open War. I would encourage anybody wants to attend to book as soon as they can as the organisers will come under pressure nearer the deadline to provide extra 40k    tables

I'm going to miss this open war as well... I was doing so well, having attended 2-10. Silly friends getting married... why didn't they consult the Epic-UK event calender?

Could an admin or mod put an entry in the Calendar for this one please?

31st October is the date and half the tickets have already gone, so get those entries in.

I've spoken to the organisers and the epic tickets are safe until the start of October but then, unless they are sold out/or nearly sold out then they will be given to 40k. So if you intend going don't wait for near the deadline book as soon as you can.

Remember if you want to go to Open War get your ticket in the next 2 weeks or epic will start to lose tables to 40K and Fantasy, and that would be a travesty
