Aye, I've decided it's worthwhile traveling (And trying to find the time!) for the longer events... t'was a right laugh. One day'ers will remain my preference outside of London though.

Think it might have been me and the Air Cavalry :) . It didn't make any real difference, and I assumed it was something in the new Ork Codex I'd missed, so no harm done.

Overall a highly entertaining tournament and thanks to Sam, Joe, Marcus, Ben (2-0 I think - I managed to rally stuff to prevent you getting TSNP) and Dave for some cracking, hard-fought games.

The event also gave the Air Cav their first two wins (at the 15th and 19th attempts) - hope for them yet! :)

5 years ago was the end of the painting of the Iron Warriors, I mean. I didn't post much after finishing that painting blog.

TBH, the last 5 years have been very productive in terms of painting, just not so much in Epic. There's a Lost and the Damned army that I've been chipping away at, and which I'll get pics up for soon, but they're still only about halfway done. This pace will pick up now I'm playing again...
