Question on the Battle Result table under Scoring. It makes reference to objectives, is that meant to be Victory conditions?

I sent an informant down south in my place to take pictures of what ever epic he could. But he drove down so got to wait a few days till he gets back. If you noticed a large Asian guy not playing in the tournament but taking pictures, that was not him, YOU SAW NOTHING!
