All the games are the standard 2.5 hours? Normal for a 3K game... or am I missing something here?

Just hope you get to play someone with Titan Legions in the first game then - Sorted! That or me - our games are generally fairly fast paced

I do have a lot of stands this time though...

Tis a shame I couldn't make this, missing the first two-day event... and it being relatively close. Damn.

Less Championship points, I'm taking a variant list following Vanaheim at FSA, but I think it's time to put those titans back in their place.

Interesting list Richard, similar to DaveT's and Tom's (Console Avenging Angel).

If we play I can but hope that my Shadowswords perform better than their last game. The single missed its shot at a shieldless Warhound and it took the company all three shots to kill one gorgon.

Breaking the two Warhounds and them failing to rally won me the game but Steel Legion vs DkoK is a difficult contest for both sides.

I'd agree - it's quite an interesting matchup! Last time i was on the Legion side i was using my Tank Co, and while they performed admirably i think that in theory at least the shadowswords should perform better against stuff like Gorgons! The only downside for them being their lack of manouverability, and the Gorgons ability to lurk in cover...

And yes, while i keep persevering with them, i can think of few models that generally disappoint as much as the shadowsword...

Tim, my list isn't scary... the nids are just misunderstood!

Now Richard's list looks scary to me!

Nah, just get to the ruins first.

Harridans will eat the Warhounds, Genestealers will prize open the Shadowswords and it just leaves you with the Doms & Swarms to munch your way through the Companies.

The way you talk that matchup up, anything less than a 4-0 win turn 3 and Dave should be disappointed
