Do armies need to be painted? I've recently picked up a new army and won't have time to get it much more than undercoated.

Hi ArmyDave; I'd much appreciate, from a quality point of view, if only painted armies were used. Points are scored for painting and army presentation at this event and an unpainted army would score 0/20. Nevertheless, worse off would be not having you come at all and I wouldn't want to stop anyone from having the sort of fun that they want to have; painted or not!

@Reedar - I have over 100 (!) stands of ork infantry, which have been made out of a mix of epic ork models, past and present, to add variety (Can't have orks all looking the same now, can we?) a bnib battlefortress, some gunwagons (one is a resin FW one) a couple of nobs, couple of kommandos, couple of grotz. Also have 2 buggies and a skorcha.
