So we have 4 Eldar, 3 Marines, 5 Orks, 8 Guard and 1 LaTD.

That is an amazing number of guard armies And it was almost one more!

21, so there will be a bye each round.

Sorry, but everyone has paid their money and the possibility of odd numbers is covered in the rules pack.

It certainly is, but I bought a ticket when there were odd numbers a day after ticket purchasing had officially closed, so I thought we were now even, oh well, there was a drop-out or three I guess?
I'll bring a book. :-)

Sorting the financial details out we realised one entrant had entered but not paid

I'll be taking a bye in the 1st round and after that it will be the bottom player (no player has more than one bye though). Kev has said he might be able to come along on the sunday to play the people sitting out.

That said if anybody knows anybody who might want to come to even out numbers PM me or mephiston

More Orks than marines. Hooray! Is everyone currently sick of marines at the moment?

I want a shot at taking home a painting* trophy, which at the moment means Orks. :-)


*Aside: I will be asking at the EUK annual report meeting if this can be re-named to "Best Appearance" rather than "Best Painted", so as to more explicitly take account of unique converting etc.
