I am likewise surprised and confused by these comments BB.

Last time we spoke (Oct 2015) you seemed insistent that Ian and I *should* keep Exeter Entrenchment running in your absence, and pleased that we wanted to. Obviously there was some miscommunication and we will change the name.

I will also send an email.

My original post hascnow been edited as I was over the top. For that I apoligise Ian.

However name of event does need to be changed. Whilst there were discussions in Cornwall about a new Exeter event, nothing was ever finalised. If you look at Epic 2016 Calender thread. I stated that "Unfortunalely I wouldnt be able to do Exeter Entrenchment 2016, but EE 2017 would be back with a bang". Whilst this didn't materialise, I was intent in doing it again.

Anyway, event is yours now. Cheers all, hope you're well. Enjoy the new upcoming Adeptus Titanicus from GW/Forge World soon.

Yes. We've already agreed to do so.

EDIT - please note that this tournament isn't supposed to replace any future Exeter Entrenchment events you do, it's Blip and I putting something on while you're not able to.

Completely agree, i'd love nothing better than you to come back and run EE again : this year, next or when ever you want. The two EE events were the best wargaming events i've ever attended, entirely down to your hard work and dedication. Ian and i were hoping to continue your legacy and stop epic dying out in the SW, but there's little chance we will be able to live up to the EEs you did.

Please do get in touch, its been too long, and to reiterate my email, if you are not running EE yourself this year please do come along to the one in May as a player or just a drink after down the pub.
