It's the Iyanden for me - and a similar list to last year's Britcon (with a couple of small adjustments).

Quickly checks the Championship website.....

Hhmm probably not enough AA in my list, but if we get to play then it'll be an interesting game. The question will be if my Bugs can catch you or not

It's always an interesting game when we play looking at the games played it's currently a dead heat too! (3 wins, 3 losses, 1 draw)

AA in Nid lists is always a bit of a tricky one i'd say, this is first time for you nids wise isn't it? I'll be interested to see what you've done list wise!

And they should be able to catch my chaps once they're down - it's whether you can kill them that's going to be the real question

I've shaved most of my beard off for this tournament and am only going with a goatie army. I didn't think that 200 gaunts would go down too well.

I'm performing last minute painting... I live for the thrill of late nights before tournaments.

Quick question. What time are people aiming to arrive at the NEC?

I know we start at 10am, but I'm not sure how busy or difficult it will be to find/get from where we park to where we are playing. Anyone been to the Expo before to judge that?

I knew I should never have let you have those wraithguard Simon :/ At least 2 Iyanden armies at 4k, not pleasant!

I was wondering the same about the time. I'm a bit nervous by the parking page, which implies that there might not be any spaces at the hotel if you don't get there early, despite having a room there. Hopefully I don't need any booking info to park. I'm probably going to aim for just after 9 anyway, can't be doing with leaving any earlier.

Thanks to everybody who attended Expo this weekend, for me it was one of the most enjoyable gaming and social events I've been to.

Also thanks to Exodus Wars who provided over £150 of prizes ,Thanks Tom , Richard and the Expo team for running the whole event and providing more prizes and the Hilton for hosting us.

Thanks from me too, the most enjoyable event I've been to and can see why Britcon is such a high draw for everyone. 2 fun days of gaming and a fantastic social evening/early morning too.

I missed out on this and it sounds like I missed a real corker, I need to live vicariously so... reports and pics please!!
