Odd numbers are always a bummer at tournaments, even moreseo than small turn outs. ÂÂ
I was really hoping to get at least four people out to play (not including myself), so that everyone would get in three games against "new" people... some last minute "bails" prevented that from happening, and, due to varous SNAFUs and scheduling oddities the wargame tournanemts sponsors decided to close the room early, so there might not have been time to play a third round.
Drek and I are going to meet up to have the "third" game of the tourney some time soon to see who "really" won... *laugh*

Good job, all participants! Glad to see some play in Canada (U.S. Subsidiary)!
Thanks!
One of the cool/fun things we did with this event is that everyone got a "marker": a red poker chip scored down the centre.
This chip could be 'cashed in' by snapping it in half and handing it to your opponent to allow you to re-roll any single die... once... cuz there's nothing more frustrating than that "Anything but a '1'!" roll coming up a "1"... *laugh*
Both other players had to cash in their chip... one on an Action test and the other on the first Strategy Roll of their game. *laugh*
