I believe it is a bit of friendly smack-talk Baron. He's had pent up defeat-angst for ages if his usual playing group is to be believed :laugh:

6. MINERVAN TANK LEGION ARMY - 1st place
Tank Company + Executioner 625
Tank Company + Executioner 625
Super Heavy Company + 3 LR 700
Vulture Squadron 300
Deathstrike Battery 200
Storm Troopers Platoon + Valkyrie 350
Thunderbolt Squadron 150


My list should read

Tank Company + 2 Executioner 650
Tank Company + 2 Executioner 650
Super Heavy Company + 3 LR 695  (Superheavys used were, Shadowsword, Baneblade, and Stormblade (converted from shadowsword))
Vulture Squadron 300
Deathstrike Battery 200
Storm Troopers Platoon + Valkyrie 350
Thunderbolt Squadron 150


Was a solid list, I would use it again.  I will add photo's once I patch and repair some of the damage caused, by me dropping my box on the way out to the car as I was leaving home for the event.

It was the Players first go at that list. Normally he thinks he can play orks. It was the Colour of his figures apart from that sexy Titan, hence why he took blood Angles.

Thanks to Andreas for letting everyone know that Vultures have 8x 2+ @ 90cm.  This was an Imperial Creed secret and since everyone now knows this we have decided that you need to build a bridge and get over it.  

As Dobbsy said, I would seem to think that this was directed somewhat to myself, even though I did crush his army.

Yes, it was all just friendly smack-down, no malice intent.  I do look forward to a revenge game as I think a few lessons were learnt and I am sure the next game will not be so one sided.
