At what time will people start arriving at the hotell? I probably be there around 18.

Sadly, it's not really my list. I usually play Ulthwé, but since that's not Approved I wanted to play a Warlock/Storm Serpent list. Hena kindly provided one that had been used at Ropecon, but with the autarch in a Swooping Hawk warhost.

the english team arrive at 8 pm. Don't know about the Norfingers.. exept Hena who arrives at 6 pm..

I wanted to be there from 6 pm to 9 pm for a meet & greet but with only 1 or 2 players at the hotel I think about staying at home

Me and Magnus are already in Berlin, so we are planning on attending the meet and greet, whenever that is!

Is there a wifi network available at the facility that we as guests can use Brumbaer?

The reason I ask is because people in the swedish community asked for the possibility of live updates during the day. I was thinking of bringing a tablet, but doing internet stuff using my phones connection when abroad would be far to expensive.

There is no guest network, at least not for us.
We will post the results after each round, but images will probably have to wait till after dinner.
Some people plan to make a video, but I do not know about the schedule.
It's possible to give you bandwidth from someones cell phone, that would be suitable for some text, but not for mega bytes of pictures.
