Aw!!!! Sorry I didn't get to catch up with you as much as I'd have hoped chap: I'm in Oxfprd for the first two weeks of February: chuck us a PM if you're free around that time and I might be able to swing by :-)!

We're already talking about the next event so will probably start a thread soon to see what people want.

It was a most enjopyable event indeed

Totally agreed; I'd even rank it as my favourite Epic event I've attended thus far (My previous favourite being last year's Winter Warmer!).

As a random aside, I believe that even with the 4-6 drop outs before the tourney began, 24 attendees makes it the largest Epic event for some years?

The mega battle on the second day also had 10-14 or so people participating at various points I guess, and I'll be posting pictures later.

Taccomm's Carlos with his crazy looking Tyranid army came a very close 120pt second
(but ran away from the camera before a shot could be taken!)
Winning several sets of fabulous Edenite Infantry :-)

Somebody came 3rd but that photo seems to have been eaten or was never taken...we'll find out as soon as Ben sends me the results sheet!

I have photos of the winners too, if that helps. :-)

Looking forward to seeing the photos - there were a good number of cameras floating around.

Man, if I'm not free during that time I'll just jolly well make myself free.

Reading all the comments...

Oh how I wished to be there again this year.

Man of Kent, next year I will rejoin your ranks again!!!
I had a blast then and want to relive the experience.

But, if memory serves me right, I got the wooden spoon (Eldar Exodite-fig) last year?

Thanks for all the reports and pictures from the event .

Any chance of a run down of all the army lists used (seen the ones in the pre event thread).

Hey Dave: I think I've deleted most of the lists sent to me via PM but I do have all the ones that came in an email sitting around. If I start a thread I'm sure people will happily post.
