Do armies need to be fully painted?

'Fraid so.... although armies can usually be loaned out if required.... I may make an exception of most of the army is painted and some units are only sprayed.... at the end of the day I'd rather have people participating than not!!

Of course to be considered painted a model just has to have three colours on it - Black spray, metal dry brush and quick highlight to some part. (That was most of my Necrons, Ulthwe & Ulani painting schemes)

That would be the case… 75% of the army is fully painted (to a high standard).
Just working on some additions which wouldn't be painted before the tournament but will make the list a bit more competitive.
Like 12 bases of Scout Troopers on Speederbikes!
